James is an experienced executive leader in the community service space, with a focus on training, change management and business development. He has qualifications in Disability, vocational training and a Masters in Business Administration.
Kelly has been in the Community Transport industry since 1995 and is involved in numerous community & Council committees within the Hilltops LGA. Kelly has a passion for ensuring all of the community have equal access to quality services that allow them to stay connect with their communities. Kelly has a Certificate in Transport Management, NSW Bus and Coach Operator Accreditation and a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Community Services.
Shane started life in the Aged and Disability Care sector as a direct care worker in 2004 and has progressed through several roles and levels of management, most recently his passion for human rights has resulted in the implementation of an organisational and systemic human rights framework to promote continuous improvement and quality care. Shane has a Diploma in Community Services and Diploma in Management and Leadership.
Linda has a long history of community development and assisting grass roots organisations to grow in an ever changing environment. She has assisted various non government organisations achieve and maintain accreditation within the aged and disability care sectors. She has a Diploma of Aged Care, Quality Auditor Degree, Cert IV in Training and Assessment and Cert III in Disabilities.
Shane has been with CCCSL since 2000. Shane has an associate diploma in accounting from TAFE and consistently keeps our finances in order.
Jamie has spent her adult life in numerous roles focused on people services starting in Early childhood care moving into Disability and Mental health/welfare and then joining CCCSL in the Aged Care and Transport sector. Jamie has attained her qualification in Diploma in Community Services and her passion for improving and innovating systems and processes to ensure frontline workers are able to focus on quality customer service provision has been recognised in her receiving the Excellence in Practice, Quality and Safety – Chairs award during her time with one of Australia’s largest Disability service providers. Jamie works side by side with Peta in leading and guiding the Shoalhaven in delivering high quality customer service as the Shoalhaven Operations Supervisor
Peta commenced working with CCCSL in 2005 at the frontline of customer service as a Booking Officer, taking every opportunity to learn and develop Peta has found herself performing in almost every position at CCCSL. In 2015 Peta became the Team Development Officer recruiting, training, and supporting Volunteers and from here moved into the Shoalhaven Team supervisor role where she leads and guides the Shoalhaven Team. Peta has attained a number of business and administration-based qualifications building a strong foundation for her current role, notable by all those around Peta is her passion for working with Volunteers and paid employees to achieve great outcomes for our clients and ensure we are working to provide the highest of standards in service provision.
Cath is new to the Community Transport Sector but has over 15 years’ experience in customer service roles. Cath is keen to make a difference in her community and is committed to providing quality, reliable transport services in the Bega Valley. Cath has a Certificate 3 in Business Administration and is currently studying a Certificate 4 in Business.
