Volunteering is very satisfying; it gives you the opportunity to support your community and meet new people. Volunteers are such an important part our service and we would love to welcome you to our team. We’re looking for volunteer bus drivers, car drivers, assistants and administrative helpers.
Our volunteers assist people, usually with mobility issues, from their front door to their destination. You are given free training, ID badge and uniform, and are reimbursed for out of pocket expenses.
Our volunteers are required to undergo a Police Check and Working with Children check. If you are going to drive for us you will also be required to undergo a health assessment and provide us with your driving record. We will reimburse you the cost of obtaining any of these.
You must have the relevant licence for the vehicles you drive (e.g. LR for a bus and a C for van or car)
