GOING THE EXTRA MILE FOR YOU

Support with Heart

At CCCS, our Community Companions program is all about connection—with a little extra care. We understand that staying independent doesn’t mean doing everything alone. That’s why our companions are here to walk beside you, not ahead of you—offering support that’s empowering, not overpowering. Whether it’s a friendly face to share a coffee and reminisce about the good ol’ days, someone to lend a hand with the shopping trolley while you pick out your favorite treats, or a helping hand to keep your house feeling like home, our companions are here to make life easier—and brighter.

Community Companions are more than just support workers. They’re listeners, encouragers, and partners in your day-to-day. They help reduce loneliness, build confidence, and ensure you can do what you need to do—when you need to do it. But more importantly, they help you do what you love, when you love to do it. Because at CCCS, we believe everyone deserves to feel supported, connected, and valued—every step of the way.
