Overnight Tours – explore more with Coast and Country Community Services, we’re proud to offer overnight tours that bring our community together for unforgettable experiences. Our first overnight adventure took place in March, when clients from across the region—including Shoalhaven Heads, Basin View, Lake Tabourie, and Young—joined us for a three-day journey to Dubbo.

Travelling in comfort aboard our new Yutong bus, participants enjoyed a two-night stay at the Palms Motel, explored the Taronga Western Plains Zoo, and stepped back in time with a guided tour of the Old Dubbo Gaol. Along the way, friendships were formed, stories were shared, and memories were made. These tours are designed to connect people, reduce isolation, and offer enriching experiences beyond the everyday. With more destinations on the horizon, we’re excited to keep the adventure going.

You may be eligible if you:

• Are elderly and have limited mobility
• Have a disability or health issues that limit your mobility
• Have language challenges that limit your access to transport
• Live in an area with little or no public transport and don’t have access to private transport
• Face other significant barriers to accessing transport

Wollongong Day Tours – February 2026

Join us for a relaxing Wollongong day tour this February, designed especially for CHSP-registered clients. Enjoy comfortable transport, beautiful coastal views, and memorable visits including Symbio Wildlife Park, Nan Tien Temple, and Wollongong Lighthouse. Limited seats available.

Wollongong Overnight Tour

Unwind on a fully supported overnight tour to Wollongong, featuring comfortable accommodation, scenic coastal stops, Symbio Wildlife Park, and a guided visit to the Nan Tien Temple. With transport, breakfasts, and expert tour coordination included, all you need to do is relax and enjoy the journey.

So grateful to all the wonderful volunteers who were punctual, polite, friendly, so accommodating & helpful and very professional. Even while struggling to meet demand (as they lost many drivers due to some difficulties with management) the team managed to fit me in almost every time I needed it. TIP: make sure you book as far in advance as possible, especially for longer trips.
