Your independence, your way
Everyone's goals look different. So does the support that gets them there.
CCCS provides individual support, mentoring and life skills for people living with disability across the Shoalhaven. Our experienced team takes the time to understand each person's goals, interests and needs, providing practical, individualised support that builds confidence, independence and connection with the community.
NDIS Support & Life Skills
CCCS offers individual support for NDIS participants and people living with disability, focused on building practical skills, confidence and connections in the community. Support is shaped around each person's own goals and support plan. This includes:
Individual support: community-based support to build skills and confidence, and get out and connect with your local community.
Mentoring & life skills: one-on-one mentoring focused on communication, self-care and everyday life skills, guided by your individual support plan.
Bite Night: a regular community meal event, giving people the chance to build connections with others in a supportive setting.
