Meals on Wheels

GOING THE EXTRA MILE FOR YOU

Meals on Wheels Young, now proudly part of Coast and Country Community Services (CCCS), continues a legacy of care that spans over 60 years in the Hilltops region. More than just a meal delivery service, Meals on Wheels is about community, connection, and compassion. With the support of CCCS, our dedicated volunteers deliver more than just nutritious meals—they bring a friendly face, a check-in on wellbeing, and a sense of belonging to those who may be isolated or living alone. Whether it’s a hot lunch, frozen meal, or a social outing, our services are designed to help people maintain their independence and stay connected to their community.

Operating from the Marie McCormick Community center in Young, we serve clients across the Hilltops. CCCS strengthens our ability to meet the evolving needs of our clients under the new Support at Home reforms, ensuring continuity, quality, and care for years to come.
