Through services like Meals on Wheels, NDIS support, and tailored social programs, CCCS provides vital links to health, wellbeing, and companionship. Whether it’s helping someone attend a medical appointment, delivering a warm meal, or offering a friendly face for a chat, our team of dedicated staff and volunteers ensures no one is left behind.
We proudly serve diverse communities across The Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Bega Valley, Weddin Shire, and Hilltops, with a focus on accessibility and respect for all. Our programs are grounded in compassion, collaboration, and continuity—values that shape every interaction and initiative. As the needs of our communities evolve, so too does our commitment to those servicing our communities. CCCS continues to expand its services to meet the growing demand for inclusive, person-centered care. • Are elderly and have limited mobility
• Have a disability or health issues that limit your mobility
• Have language challenges that limit your access to the community
• Face other significant barriers to accessing the community
• Open to the whole community
