TRANSPORT
Getting from A to B should never be a barrier to living well. Our community transport services help eligible individuals maintain independence and stay connected—whether it's for shopping, appointments, or social outings.
Social Supports Programs

Community Companions
Sometimes, a little company can make a big difference. Our Community Companions offer friendly, practical support to help you stay social, confident, and connected to everyday life.
NDIS
We’re a registered NDIS provider, offering personalised support that aligns with your goals. Whether it’s transport, connection, or coordination—we’re here to help you live life your way.
Meals on Wheels
More than just meals, this service delivers nourishment, connection, and care. Our volunteers provide warm food and a warm smile to people wanting to live independently at home.
Vehicle Hire
Need a vehicle for a group outing or event? We offer safe, reliable sedans, vans, and buses for hire—with or without a driver, and flexible options to suit your needs.
Assisted School Travel Program (ASTP)
We’re proud to support students with disability through the Department of Education’s ASTP. This program ensures safe, reliable transport to and from school for eligible families.
Overnight Trips
Our overnight tours bring people together for fun, friendship, and discovery. These short getaways offer enriching experiences that help reduce isolation and strengthen community bonds.
