The Alliance is working to ensure CHSP remains a strong, sustainable and accessible part of Australia’s aged care system, supporting older people to remain independent, connected and living well in their own homes for longer.
As a CHSP provider delivering services across regional communities, we know the value of early intervention, community connection, transport, social support and practical assistance that help people age in place.
We look forward to contributing to the conversation and working alongside providers, advocates and community organisations to help shape a stronger future for aged care.
